Ageing the wine in oak barrels is a key defining factor for great Bordeaux wines. Making the barrels and the know-how of local barrel-makers are important complements to winemaking. During this experience you will get to visit a traditional barrel-maker in their studio. On top of that, you get to taste different Bordeaux wines with a focus on the impact of maturation and oak barrels on the wine.
