4 days to discover Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion and Cognac, charming places that have made the reputation of the South-West of France. 

Step by step

The stay as described is indicative and flexible. Do not hesitate to fill in your wishes or practical information when you make your request (duration, special requests, food constraints). An adapted and tailor-made proposal will be made for you. Inbound and outbound transport to and from Bordeaux is not included.

  • Day 1 - Bordeaux

    Welcoming upon your arrival in Bordeaux and transfer to your hotel. Free time at the end of the day for a first contact with the city. A table is booked for you for a dinner around the local gastronomy in the city centre.

  • Day 2 - Cognac

    Let us go to Cognac for a day to discover the craftsmanship used to make this famous spirit. Along the way, you can visit a cooper (cask maker) to understand the role of wood in the ageing of wines and spirits. After a lunch in the city, you will visit an emblematic Cognac house. Return to Bordeaux for a free evening.

  • Day 3 - Saint-Emilion

    Day trip to Saint-Emilion to discover its history and its wines. The morning will be devoted to the vineyards with a visit to a Chateau and wine tasting. After a gourmet lunch, you will discover at your own pace the village classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the late afternoon, return to Bordeaux for a free evening.

  • Day 4 - Cité du Vin

    For your last day, visit the Cité du Vin, an emblematic wine museum, to perfect your knowledge of the world's wines. Continue with a stroll in the heart of the Chartrons district with its market and its many antique dealers, or along the banks of the Garonne to admire the beautiful historical facades of the city.
